Right Of Withdrawal

Consumers, in accordance with §13 BGB (German Civil Code), have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the provision of a reason.   The withdrawal period is up to 14 days of closing the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us,

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via the post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.  You can use the provided template- Withdrawal Form, which is, however, not obligatory.

To observe the withdrawal deadline, you are only required to send us a notice of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments received from you including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of an additional type of delivery in contrast to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and, at the latest, fourteen days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment which you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; on no account will you be charged for this repayment.

On provision of services

If you have demanded that we begin to provide the services within the withdrawal period, you will have to pay us an appropriate sum which corresponds with the designated services which were provided up to the point on which we were informed about the exercising of the right of withdrawal from the contract. These services will be calculated proportionately in accordance with the complete scope of the contract.
